Blake Hill uses its thyme shrub to infuse apple cider vinegar and wild blueberries from a small family farm in Maine with a dash of lemon juice to make this award-winning jam.  This is a wild blueberry jam taken to a whole new savory level for those who love these incredible summer berries.
